Once you are aware of your BMI you can set goals to reduce this measurement, by take part in the Wii Fit Plus exercises and introducing a healthier lifestyle. First up are six new exercises, which are added to the existing line-up and can now be accessed and started much more quickly than before. You can also try them out as part of a specialised workout routine, specifically designed to work on a different part of your body or to last a set length of time.

I had previously owned the original Wii Fit since the week it came out, and boy was I impressed with that. After reading such positive reviews & watching reviews on this product - I couldn't resist trying out the newer version as all the new activities looked amazing.

Firstly, the price is amazing - £15 for a game as good as this is a bargain.

This Game took it's time getting here. The delivery was slow, but it was worth waiting for the game. The game is great, but it's only got a few more games on than the wii fit!

it is a great game although it is not to much different if you get this and already have wii fit u should put it on your normal wii fit data on wii fit plus then take the data off wii fit then sell it.

A great upgrade to something that was already fun to use.

Some of the games are much trickier requiring more concentration, but that's no bad thing.

Looking to get fit and play? Well this is the one for you. It will inform you what you weight but if that scares you then pass it by and get on with the fun bit. What my husband and I like too is the fact that you don't need to go right back to the menu to change places. Get it and have fun.
